Last Month At Pensteel: October
Welcome to a new monthly round up of what we’ve been up to at Pensteel. The idea of this section is to highlight particular projects we’ve been working on with our customers, or to be more transparent with our customers on the struggles of the industry.
To kick things off, something we were very proud of; a customer who came to us in a time of need as they’d been let down by their previous supplier last moment. They needed a mix of 1000L and 1250L IBCs as well as the insulated jackets to fit them. After a short phonecall with us and some reassurance that we could meet their demands, their order was placed, paid for and on the lorry within the hour. By 10am the next morning it was with them!
Towards the end of October, our directors; Richard and Matthew, both flew off to Germany to discuss things and set things up with a third party based in Germany. Things are still being discussed and finalised at the moment, but we’re hoping to announce things soon and we’re very excited for it.
Finally, you may have noticed we’re being more active on our social media platforms. LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook are now going to be updated more regularly moving forward, so that we can connect and be more upfront with our customers. We also hope to include more regular updates here on the website so our customers can follow us along with our projects and see the scope of things we’re capable of.
